    Shocking garage!,

    Worst garage I have ever dealt with. The salesman not only sold me a dodgy car but also refused to fix it or give me a refund.when he had the car to look at for a week he did nearly 200 miles and damaged the car! Matter is now being handled by the courts as BA cars refused to fix or repair car! Strongly recommend anyone to avoid this garage like the plague!

    This review is vexatious and spiteful. It was submitted by a customer who despite my many determined efforts to satisfy his increasingly querulous and unsubstantial demands has tried to bully me via threats of court action and disparaging social media reviews. I refused to be intimidated by these questionable tactics and eventually submitted the case for professional arbitration, which rejected the case in my favour in almost record time. I strongly value my record for Customer satisfaction and take great lengths to ensure reasonable request are fulfilled. I therefore welcome objective criticism, seeing it as an opportunity to up my game. However this malicious message was neither accurate nor fair...

    Dangerous car bought

    I answered an SD for a car with 57000 miles for £2000. When I saw the car the mileage was 93000. Honest mistake sorted by reducing to £1700. Car advertised with service history but cam belt wasn't changed so I arranged to have it done. I had the car a week and warning light came on for airbag. Took the car to have cam belt changed and tyre was flat. Rim rusted so bead had to be grounded and sealed costing me money. The car had NO REAR BRAKES. Had them done and dealer refused to refund for the job. Avoid if you want a roadworthy car!

    I would like to comment on my recent visit to your car showroom , I must say that is was the best experience that I have ever had during the purchase of my latest car .The level of customer service that I got was far beyond my expectation, I would like to say a big thank you to the sales man Barry and what a great car I got as well , I will be back for another deal at a later stage .
